Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and zbazz ("zbazz", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the zbazz platform at zbazz.pro, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the zbazz platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms apply to all services offered by zbazz, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, Plinko, crash games, virtual sports, promotions, bonuses, loyalty programmes, and customer support interactions.

Section 02

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Minimum Age

The zbazz platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. zbazz reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts permanently closed, all winnings voided, and all deposits returned less any administrative costs incurred.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a registered Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 Eligible Players

You represent and warrant that you are:

• At least 21 years of age;
• A resident or present in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited;
• Not acting on behalf of any third party;
• Not a current employee, contractor, or agent of zbazz, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• Not subject to any self-exclusion agreement on the zbazz platform;
• Registering and playing for personal entertainment purposes only, not for commercial gain via systematic exploitation of bonus offers.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one zbazz account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a serious violation of these Terms. zbazz employs automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated balances — including deposits, winnings, and bonus credits — will be forfeited.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zbazz login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. zbazz will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain proper security of your credentials.

zbazz strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP on your account. Any suspicious activity, unauthorised login attempts, or account compromise should be reported immediately to the zbazz support team via live chat.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

zbazz operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to provide identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket wallet showing registered name and number);
• Source of funds documentation for large withdrawal requests.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. zbazz reserves the right to place a hold on any account pending verification and to close accounts where satisfactory verification cannot be obtained within a reasonable period.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your zbazz account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Requests for self-exclusion are processed immediately. Standard account closures will be processed within 5 business days, and any verified balance remaining will be returned to your registered payment method.

zbazz reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where there is reasonable evidence of a Terms violation, fraudulent activity, or risk to the integrity of the platform.

Section 04

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

zbazz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh:

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. zbazz does not charge fees on BDT deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. zbazz processes all approved withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Processing times are estimates and may be subject to delays during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

zbazz does not impose withdrawal fees on standard BDT transactions. For INR transactions, a currency handling fee of up to 1.5% may apply. Players are advised to check the applicable fee schedule in their account dashboard prior to submitting a withdrawal request.

4.4 Currencies Accepted

zbazz accepts Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and Indian Rupees (INR) as base account currencies. Players select their base currency at registration and cannot change it after the first deposit. All betting, casino, and game stakes will be denominated in your selected base currency. Odds and payouts are calculated and displayed in your base currency throughout the platform.

Section 05

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, loyalty rewards, and any other promotional credits awarded by zbazz are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be requested. Wagering contributions vary by game type:

• Sports betting markets: 100% contribution towards wagering requirements;
• Slots (RNG): 100% contribution;
• Live casino tables (Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi): 10% contribution;
• Plinko and crash games: 50% contribution;
• Virtual sports: 100% contribution.

5.3 Bonus Validity

Bonus funds and free bet credits expire 30 days after being credited to your account unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Any unconverted bonus balance remaining after the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

zbazz takes a strict approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms without genuine engagement with the platform; placing bets on opposing outcomes across multiple accounts to guarantee a risk-free profit; and providing false identity documents to qualify for a bonus.

Where bonus abuse is identified, zbazz reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the offending account or accounts permanently.

Section 06

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

zbazz reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are only confirmed once you have received an on-screen confirmation message and a bet reference number. A bet slip that is not followed by a confirmation message has not been accepted and will not be settled.

6.2 Bet Voiding

zbazz may void bets in the following circumstances: where an obvious pricing error has occurred; where the outcome of an event has been corrupted by match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corruption; where a bet was placed after the outcome of the event was already determined (late bet); or where a technical error caused the wrong odds to be displayed at the time of bet placement.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets are offered subject to real-time data feeds. There may be a short delay between live events and the display of updated odds. zbazz is not responsible for any delay in odds updates caused by data feed providers. Bets accepted during a period of delayed odds will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance.

6.4 Maximum Payout

The maximum single-bet payout on any event across all sports markets on zbazz is ৳5,000,000 (five million Taka) or the INR equivalent per calendar day, per player. zbazz reserves the right to apply lower maximum payout limits to specific markets or events at its discretion.

6.5 Cricket Betting Rules

All cricket bets are governed by the zbazz Cricket Betting Rules, available in the Sports section of the platform. Key principles include: a match must be completed (or a result declared under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method) for match-winner bets to stand; if a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result, all match-winner bets will be voided and stakes returned; individual player performance markets (top batsman, top bowler) require the named player to take part in the match for bets to stand.

Section 07

Casino & Game Rules

7.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG (Random Number Generator) slot games, virtual table games, and instant-win games offered on zbazz use certified random number generation technology provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the player, zbazz, or any third party.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from the studios of Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. These studios operate independently of zbazz. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, zbazz will resolve the affected round in accordance with the game result recorded by the studio's server log. The studio's recorded outcome is final.

7.3 Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game round, zbazz reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all stakes. Wins generated as a result of a verified game malfunction will not be paid and will be removed from the player's balance. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stakes for each game are displayed within the game interface. zbazz reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players based on their account history, verification status, or at the request of the game provider. Live casino tables from Evolution Gaming have a minimum stake of ৳50 per round. Slots minimum stakes begin at ৳10 per spin across most titles.

Section 08

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

zbazz is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zbazz platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any competitive format game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate credits or winnings — any winnings obtained via an exploited bug will be voided;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit by systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies;
• Using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account blocks;
• Providing false or fraudulent identity, age verification, or source of funds documentation;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt wagering activity;
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gameplay.

Where zbazz reasonably suspects a player of engaging in any of the above prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, conduct an investigation, void all associated bets and winnings, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

Section 09

Privacy & Data

zbazz collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the zbazz Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at zbazz.pro/privacy-policy.

zbazz uses TLS 1.3 encryption on all data transmissions and stores personal data on secure servers. Your personal information will never be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processing partners, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required, as described in the Privacy Policy.

By registering an account, you consent to receiving account-related communications from zbazz by email and SMS. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.

Section 10

Responsible Gaming

zbazz is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost and with no waiting period from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: Set reminders that alert you when you have been playing for a specified length of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days. Your balance is preserved during the suspension.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account via the zbazz live chat team. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

Section 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the zbazz platform — including but not limited to the zbazz logo, brand name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, betting market presentations, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of zbazz or its licensed third-party partners. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zbazz platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content from the zbazz platform without the prior written consent of zbazz.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zbazz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure, arising from your use of or inability to use the zbazz platform.

zbazz makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur; zbazz will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

zbazz's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your zbazz account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 13

Amendments to These Terms

zbazz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, zbazz will provide notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the zbazz platform homepage, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the change takes effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographic errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates required to comply with changes in applicable law — may take effect immediately without prior notice. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when the current version of the Terms became operative.

Your continued use of the zbazz platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

Section 14

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the zbazz platform.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent zbazz from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other proprietary interests.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of zbazz complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable in their country, state, province, or territory of residence. zbazz makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are lawful in every jurisdiction from which the platform may be accessed.

Section 15

Contact & Disputes

15.1 Contacting zbazz

15.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding a bet settlement, account balance, bonus application, or any other matter, please follow this process:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint via the zbazz live chat team. Provide your account username, the date and reference number of the transaction or bet in question, and a clear description of the issue. zbazz aims to resolve all complaints within 48 hours.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 5 business days, you may request escalation to the zbazz Compliance Team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Username]".
• Step 3 — Final Review: The Compliance Team will issue a written final decision within 14 business days of receiving the escalated complaint. This decision constitutes zbazz's final position on the matter.

zbazz treats all player complaints seriously and aims to resolve disputes fairly, transparently, and promptly. All records related to disputed bets and transactions are retained for a minimum of 3 years.
